(1) The Chief Justice or a Judge shall be entitled to home leave with full pay at the rate of one day for eleven days of the period of service.
Explanation: For the purpose of this section, “period of service” shall include It will also mean the days spent on holidays and public holidays.
(2) Home leave as per sub-section (1) can be accumulated up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty days.

p> (5) When the chief justice or judge goes home on home leave and comes to appear in the Supreme Court from home after paying the home leave, once a year the journey on foot will be allowed at the rate of one day for the purpose of eight funds and the same number of days it will take for the journey by motor, train, airplane.
(6) If the Chief Justice or the judge dies before taking the accumulated home leave or the amount for the same as per sub-section (2), the person as per sub-section (1) of section 16 will be entitled to receive such amount as a lump sum.

(7) If any public holiday falls during the period of home leave taken by the Chief Justice or a judge in accordance with this section, such public holiday shall not be added to the home leave.
